Second Stay and again one of the best in Budapest

If you come a second time and still like it a lot, then it means its the perfect place to stay. Great apartment, clean, good location, great Market Hall around the corner for grocery. We might even come back a third time. Thanks a lot Laura and Family

Perfect

I was traveling with my husband, 22 yr old twin daughters and 80 yr old mom. The apt was perfect for our family...spacious and clean and great location for sightseeing in Budapest. The entryway/hallway in the building needs some updating but that did not take away from the apt. I would recommend this apt.

Lovely apartment but very noisy street

The apartment is lovely and has many lovely touches throughout. I do, however, have to mention that the third bedroom does not have a proper window (opens to a dusty ventilation shaft), so impossible to air, which was not very nice as it got quite stuffy. The other two bedrooms and the living / kitchen space face one of the busiest streets in Budapest with constant traffic (cars and rambling trams), so if you are a light sleeper you may not appreciate this. We enjoyed the nearby market as recommended by the owner very much, stocking on fresh yogurt and gorgeous fruit for breakfast. A great tip. Generally the location is good, close to the tube, and easy to walk to several places of interest if you prefer to get around that way as we did. Although we enjoyed our stay, I will not return as even with windows closed it was still very noisy.

Good place for couples or a family to stay. We like to walk so didn’t mind the 40 minute brisk walk to the Chain Bridge. Guess you can take public transportation if you don’t like to walk.

amazing stay in an amazing flat

We came for a week and enjoyed everything. The big place is well decorated, has everything you need and lots of space. We liked it a lot. This quality for this price is hard to find anywhere in Europe. Thanks for all the nice tips and hope to see you and Budapest again.

Großartige Wohnung mitten im Zentrum

Wir kamen für ein verlängertes Maiwochenende hierher. Das erste Mal in Budapest. Ein tolle Stadt und in Verbindung mit dieser unglaublich schönen Wohnung gelang ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Wir werden Franks Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Marlene und Familie.

Nice apartment in the heart of a beautiful city

We stayed here for a week with our kids. The apartment got all the features we needed, even some more. The quality of the furniture is extraordinary high. Some designer sofa and benches round it up to high standard. The wooden floor and heigh ceilings are amazingly nice and give the apartment another dimension. Elevator is a must on the last floor, while we traveled with kids and lots of luggage. The location is good and the Market on Rakoczi Square is amazing and very cheap. We will highly recommend this flat to others for a nice city break. Thanks for the sweet and juicy peaches on the kitchen table.

Dit is een absolute aanrader!

Dit is een fantastisch appartement. Zeer netjes, schoon en stijlvol ingericht. Het ligt op een ideale plek. De Donau is op loopafstand. Wij waren er met 5 volwassenen en een kind (7 jaar) en hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad. Het appartement is verder werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien. Dit is een absolute aanrader!

Klasse Wohnung in Bester Lage

Wir waren hier mit 5 Freunden. Einfach nicht zu toppen. Wenige Minuten vom Jüdischen Viertel, gleich um die Ecke das Cafe Hauer mit dem besten Kuchen der Stadt und unschlagbaren Preisen. Und alles was man sonst so braucht direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig. Super Einrichtung nur vom Besten. Wir haben es sehr genossen. DANKE

Wonderful huge apartment in perfect location

The appartment is located on a big street with all kinds of transportation around you. To the very hip Jewish quarter it is a only 5-10 minute walk. The very spacious apartment has three bedrooms that sleep up to 6 people and a very nice and large kitchen to hang out. You find a professional coffee machine and a dishwasher. We felt very comfortable there.

great place right in the centre

We came for a family reunion. Franks apartment is very stylish and classic in the same way. We liked it a lot and the location is perfect for everything. Nice old market beside the house and great restaurants and bars around. Also its a perfect place to spent time in the flat. We all spent a wonderful time and hope to come back soon.

eine fantastische Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir waren hier zu sechst mit meiner Mutter und unserer Großmutter. Der check in war super, haben auf den Fahrservice von Frank zurück gegriffen. Einfach toll mit einem Schild am airport abgeholt zu werden. Und natürlich auch toll einen Fahrstuhl zu haben. Das vergisst man ja oft, wenn man verreist und dann schleppt man die Sachen die Treppen hoch. Allein schon der erste Eindruck von der Wohnung. Super Sauber, sehr groß, überall Parkett, hohe Decken. Meine Frau wollte eigentlich nicht abreisen und als wir dann wieder zu Hause waren auch gleich mal bei uns durch renovieren. Die Kaffeemaschine ist ein großer Spass und wenn man es raus hat, bekommt echte Kaffeehausqualität hin. Auch ein dickes Plus für das ganze Apartment. Das Frank die Stadt liebt, merkt man an den Tipps die er uns gegeben hat. Einfach Klasse. Wir kommen im November noch mal wieder. Dann gibt es wohl nicht so viele Touristen und wir haben die Stadt für uns. Die Wohnung werden wir erneut buchen. Besten Dank für alles. Vince und Family

amazing apartment in a great neighbourhood

Me and my friends and there family loved this place. Its super clean, its super spacious, its in the right area (you can walk from here to everywhere), its beautiful designed and we could not imagine a better holiday flat for us. We where 6 people and everybody had a lot of space. THANKS FRANK

Top notch apartment!!!

Stayed with 3 couples in Frank's apartment. What a joy!! Of course all the amenities one could wish, were at hand. But what impressed us the most, is the look of the apartment itself. Original high ceilings and wooden doors. Original parquet flooring. Great interior and beautiful photography on the walls. You can see and feel the grandeur of Budapest in this apartment. Just around the corner there is a brand new metro station and just ahead of this station you can hop on the tram. City center is just minutes away. On the opposite of the apartment there is a bar where you can take an nightcap. Thank you Frank for letting us stay in your apartment.

Great deal

I wen to this amazing place in mid-august. Great atmosphere! Great furniture. Everything worked fine and a lot of space. This place is much to cheap for what it offers to its guest. A real bargain you might not find that easy in Europe anymore. Everything in walking distance, good communication. Lots of light. High ceilings, good beds, super clean. Great taste. WHAT A DREAM FLAT - AMAZING

We (me and my family, 2 kids 8 and 14) have been so happy at Franks place. We are from Spain and hear about Budapest and booked this place. And honestly it was the best holiday ever. Big, big, big apartment. Super clean. Super stylish and full of taste. Amazing good sleep in the beds. Great location. I think no 5 star hotel will make you this price for that place. We asked Frank to make reservation for spring next year already. He is a great host and available at all times. THANKS FOR THIS STAY
