A nosotras nos tocó el num 39, aunque en la reserva de Expedia ponía claramente el num 6. Al contactar con el "propietario" para saber dónde quedar para la entrega de las llaves, nos dijo que fuésemos a la dirección del apartamento y que le avisasemos unos 30' antes. Así lo hicimos y nadie respondió, pasaron 40' y decidimos llamar. Nos atendió otro chico y nos dijo que vendria después de hacer otro checkin, así que nos tocó esperar. En total esperamos 1:30h desde que mandamos el primer mensaje, con el agravante que llovía a cántaros. Cuándo por fin llegó el chico, nos lo explicó todo deprisa y corriendo, saliendo corriendo del apartamento al acabar. Ni una disculpa por la espera. El apartamento estaba sucio, pelos en cojines y sábanas y cocina con migas. Como si no hubiesen limpiado tras el otro huésped. Un día se nos fue la luz y pasaron olímpicamente de nosotros al escribirles un mensaje contándoles el problema. Una pena el trato recibido ya que el apartamento en su está bien, es grande y está muy bien situado.

Formulareissu yhdistettynä kaupunkilomaan. Asunto hyvällä keskeisellä paikalla. Yhteydenpito toimi hyvin ja avaimetkin saimme kohtuullisen hyvin. Vahvistuksessa ei tullut asunnon tarkkaa sijsintiosoitetta joka oli eri kuin ilmoituksessa oleva, ei hirveen kaukana mutta kuitenki, katuosoitenumero ilmoitukseessa 19 ja todellinen paikanpäällä 6. Huoneisto kulunut mutta toki hintakin sen jo kertoi joten tiesimme mitä odottaa. Milloinkahan ne oppii käyttämään petauspatjoja, pelkät joustinpatjat todella kovat.

Schoon apartement, lijkt groter op de foto's. Minpuntje was 2 handdoeken p.p. voor een hele week, mogen een keer vervangen worden in een week. Keukengereedschap minimaal.

The inside of the apartment and location was good. It was not pleasant from the outside once you were in the court area. It is a secure area. For a family of five it was spacious.

This is a complete scam

This is a consumer fraud worthy of legal action. The pictures are absolutely nothing like the apartment and I guarantee they have loaded Expedia with fake reviews. The apartment on Expedia was shown as a beautiful duplex with plenty of room, beds, a balcony, etc. The apartment we arrived to, which was booked for two adults and three children, was tiny, there were not enough beds, there were two towels and two sheets and no where near enough bedding or pillows, none of which, by the way, were clean. The hot water either didn't work at all or was completely boiling, and the apartment complex itself was a disgusting, scary rathole with garbage piled up outside of other apartments. We spent one horrible night because we had no choice and then spent a fortune to move to another hotel in the morning. Expedia should ban this vendor from its site.

1 HOUR WAIT.

When arriving to apartment we wasn't sure on where to go. The guy who dropped us off told us we needed to walk through some doors which we did. Still had no clue on what we was doing i looked at my emails and went to address which was said on emails. Got it up on google maps and made the walk. When we arrived and tried to check in the lady had no idea what we on about and said we wasn't meant to be staying at the apartment. Luckily she helped us out and called someone as our phones wouldn't work. Luckily she showed us on the map where we needed to go and we set off AGAIN. when arriving we waited on the main street for 45min - 60 mins for a guy to give us the key and let us in!! when we got in the place was ok, nothing special. Just as he was leaving he demanded money off us! which

Centralt placeret - stille og roligt beliggende.

Det levede op til vores behov. Lidt nedslidt hotellejlighed men havde det vi behøvede og i forhold til prisen var det ok. Lidt problem ved ankomst - vi ventede godt en time foran ejendommen - der er ikke personale ved selve lejligheden. Ved afrejse var det svært at få personalet til at komme og hente nøgle og aflevere vores depositum - vi skulle senest af sted kl. 08.00 men der kunne først komme en person ved 8.30 tiden. Det lykkedes dog til sidst at få en til at komme - så alt endte ok. Kunne godt finde på, at booke lejligheden igen.

Nice apartment, beware of surprise charges

Terez Korut 39 (5 person, 1 bedroom). I don't like giving bad reviews, so I can say overall we really loved our time in Budapest and loved the location of this apartment, it's an inward looking apartment on 2nd of 5 floors with a central open courtyard, situated 300m from Nyugari Palyaudvar metro and tram stops and 500m from Oktogon. The location was therefore just wonderful. The apartment is a former 2 bed, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 living room apartment of around 60m3. 1 bedroom has been rather puzzlingly converted into an enormous bathroom, leaving just 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and the living room has a single bed size sofa and convertible double bed sofa. The living room is spacious 20m2. The kitchen is well enough equipped, as is storage clothes. Now for the downsides. I arrived to be told credit cards are not accepted for payment, despite not a jot being included in the description. As someone on a seriously low budget paying for most things by credit card (in 6 months time!!), this was a major blow. I was told cash was the only payment method. I'm disappointed this is not on hotels.com description. Then 30 euro extra was demanded out of me, above the amount agreed on hotels.com which states all local taxes were in the price. I was told the 30 euro was local taxes :-((((( Then the BEDS. Oh gosh. Awful. Sofa bed was broken, could not sit on it. All mattresses are just awful. Shower floods, so 1 shower per hour allowed or the bathroom floods.

Läget är helt ok. Priset var billigt men man får lite vad man betalar för. Passar bra för de som ändå inte spenderar så mycket tid på hotellet. Några saker som var mindre bra var inget lås till toan. Myror i badrummet. Lite obekväma sängar. Annars var det som förväntat för det billiga priset.

Absolutamente no recomendable.

Alojamiento nada recomendable para familias. El vecindario es muy ruidoso. Incluso se dedicaba a cantar por las noches. Nuestros hijos fueron incapaces de dormir antes de medianoche. El aspecto del vecindario tampoco es lo más adecuado para unos niños, precisamente. El suelo del apartamento estaba muy sucio. Muchas de las sábanas también. No existe ninguna ventilación en la casa. Claramente es un local de la planta baja de un edificio reacondicionado como apartamento. A la cocina le faltaban utensilios básicos para cocinar. Por otro lado, tuvimos que esperar más de media hora durante la tarde de nuestra llegada (16:00) para poder hacer el check-in.

hôtel bien placé mais pas de wi-fi ni chauffage

L'appartement n'est pas a l'hôtel indiqué sur l'annonce et on a dû attendre un moment après l'avoir trouvé le temps que la personne arrive nous donner les clés. Le wi-fi n'a pas marcher de tout le séjour car il n'avait pas payer sa facture. On a eu très froid la première nuit car le chauffage ne marchais pas on s'est rendu compte après que la fenêtre ne fermais pas du tout et le carreau était cassé. On a du mettre de gros pull et notre veste sur nous car la couverture qu'il donne est très fine. Le proprio nous a apporter le lendemain un chauffage d'appoint le temps que le chauffage se remette en route, ce qui n'est jamais arrivé. J'ai oublié mes lunettes sur place et j'ai appelé le proprio pour qu'il me les renvoie, ce qu'il a fait mais je trouve vraiment honteux qu'il m'ait dit que les frais de livraison était de 13e alors que lui a payer même pas moins de 5e (il y ai énormément de poste dans la ville donc le déplacement jusque l'un d'entre elle a du être très rapide). Personnellement je n'y retournerai plus jamais.

Appena arrivato abbiamo avuto un disguido sul prezzo del trasporto dall'aeroporto all'appartamento ma la cosa è stata prontamente risolta dai proprietari. L'appartamento è molto carino e si trova in un palazzo tranquillo vicino al centro della città (abbiamo raggiunto quasi tutto a piedi). Igiene massima e servizi adeguati. Consiglio

Bello-centrale ma occhio ai costosi servizi extra!

Ottima posizione appartamento ben arredato! L' unico neo è che cercano di spillare soldi da qualsiasi cosa. Late check in ben € 35 , late check in altri 10 €, offerto passaggio da aeroporto all'appartamento oltremodo costoso (infatti non l'ho accettato) quasi più del taxi. L'appartamento è comunque molto pulito e come già accennato tutti raggiungile in poco tempo!

Nice, practical, without finesse

It was a nice place for the price. It was in a nice location in Budapest if I didn't have a vehicle. A few things to note, there is no front desk service, regular free cleaning service, nor regular parking. This means you have to coordinate a time to meet someone, and email or text 30 minutes before arrival. Also, the room is not regularly cleaned and if you want it so or run out of toilet paper it will cost an addition 50 euro. Lastly the 10 euro parking they offer is a 30 minute walk or a tram ride, so if you use the parking be prepared to spend money on public transportation.

Didn't stay at the apartment l booked!

I turned up at the address to meet the representative at 7pm ( already arranged ).There wasn't anybody there.I gave it up til 7.30.Then,I rang the number of the company.The lady said that she would be there in 15minutes.She turned up and said that I couldn't stay at this apartment (something wrong with the water).She then took me to one of their other apartments on Nap street(just off the Grand Boulevard).The apartment was situated in an old building.The apartment itself was newly renovated.The flat consisted of a small kitchen.With a bedroom with two beds in.The lounge come diner also had a 2 beds and a wardrobe in.The other room was a bathroom.
