Staff very accomodating, housekeeping is daily, good breakfast, great location for dining, shopping and transportation. Walkable to top attractions. Minor complaint is we can hear the elevator go up and down as our room was across it. Also, watch for the shower as water can spill on the floor.

Great location in the middle of the shopping area and city centre. Breakfast was good but the dining room was a bit small. The staff were excellent and provided great service. Only issue was that the main guest lift was broekn and the service lift only went to the 5th floor and we were staying on levle 6.

The location was excellent, close to many major attractions and a subway line. The hotel was on Vaci street which itself is a very lively tourist area. Never felt bored.The staff are very friendly and helpful. Not only the reception even the breakfast staff are friendly and helpful. They made you feel at home.The breakfast was very good. Exploring Budapest

We choose this hotel because of the price and location and that was the best part of the hotel. Otherwise we felt our room was damp, breakfast not so special but fresh fruit was good. On our arrival we just left our baggage in the room and was wrongly accused of smoking inside our room, eather of us ever smoked so that was funny. Overall it was ok for two nights with all the nice things close by.

Highly recommended

My daughter and her friend stayed for 1 week. The location is super central so they could make quick rest stops in the hotel between attractions. Most attractions are in walking distance. They felt very safe to come back at night because the street was always busy. The room was clean and comfortable and they did not notice any noise that was mentioned in some reviews. The room however was not warm enough. The breakfast was rich and tasty and included some low calories options. The service was great and staff was helpful and friendly, especially Dora at the reception. Apart from the room not being heated enough- it was perfect.

The staff was friendly and very helpful in all matters. We needed to do laundry and they helped us locate a laundromat within walking distance. They also made recommendations for dinning options that were easily accessible. We were very pleased with our stay overall

Nicely situated in old city. Trams and subway close by. Breakfast good. Staff friendly. Restaurants in square a little pricy but lots to choose from, so shop around and go off square for better options.
