The room is comfortable and with a good space. The food was really good in general, with better days than others. Around the pool there are a lot of sun chairs, but as always, many people put their towels to reserve their seat. I really recommend the all inclusive.

The room was nice, comfortable bed and nice patio. The food was disappointing, often cold and breakfast items missing. Very short staffed, had to search for a clean table, and often clean our own. The staff on duty were working hard, but there were just not enough of them, resulting in a dirty restaurant and long waits for drink service. We went out for lunch and dinner which defeated the point of booking all inclusive. Several areas of the hotel were very runs down, and quite dangerous (see picture of the exit from the restaurant decking with screws sticking out)

Good: Overall great stay. Staff was great. Food and drinks are adequate for the all inclusive price. Location is both near a beach and a bus stop. Bad: We had some water dripping from the ceiling in the corridor and in the toilet of our room, likely due to condensation from the AC, which was negative but didn't hinder us too much. The hotel also experienced several power outages every day of our stay, but power was out for just a couple of seconds each time (didn't affect us except for the power strip that had to be manually turned on again since it defaults to off every time). The beach nearby the hotel was not great, but during summer there's a bus service that can take you to other beaches nearby. The pool closes too early, at 6pm, so we had limited entertainment options during the early evening. Conclusion: I would stay here again.

The resort location is remote with not too much other options ion the area. the beach area was very nice and comfortable. The food at the buffet was not very good and there was little to do at night. were the close to the end of season and the resort was shutting down so that may have a lot to do with the lack of options.
