DATES STILL AVAILABLE FOR MAY AND JUNE!
San Lorenzo is a peaceful hillside village overlooking the sweeping bay of Budoni. Total tranquility can be found here, with the calming sound of crickets and bright stars illuminating the evenings. Our recently renovated house offers privacy, fresh air thanks to its hill-top position, and ample space. There is a small shop, café/pizzeria and one of Sardinia’s top-rated, award-winning agritur/restaurant - Muru Idda - at walking distance. Plus more than 10 stunning beaches at your fingertips!
Our house lies in the heart of San Lorenzo, and stands out due to its bright white color. The house is newly renovated, with a simple yet comfortable, clean interior. The main part of the house is at street level and includes a large kitchen/diner that takes you through a wide arch into the bright and open living room, three large double bedrooms (two with double beds, one with a bunk-bed plus a single bed) and a family bathroom with a shower. Outside the kitchen is a cozy terrace with seating area. The house is easily accessible, with all the main living areas, parking and terrace on one level.
Down the sweeping steps off the terrace, you find the spacious patio garden with BBQ and eating area. The garden offers shade all day with the help of the lemon and olive trees, beautiful flowers of the bougainvillea, and a useful hot/cold outdoor shower to clean off after the beach.
Downstairs you will also find the laundry room, and an additional garden living room (with sofa, desk and dining table), second large bathroom (with a shower) and a second kitchen. The house has gated parking for 2 cars and additional parking is possible on the street opposite.
The house has two air conditioning units: one in the living area and one outside the bedrooms. The house is very fresh, so even in August the air conditioning is often not necessary!
The house is quiet: there are few neighbours around and only a handful of cars pass by. We would say that’s it’s peace and tranquility is perhaps it’s best feature, yet within moments you are in the bustling village of Budoni.
Happy holidays!
