"Overall a great place to stay. We had a couple of issues on our first day but these were resolved immediately. The apartments were difficult to find despite the owner's instructions. We were asked to call in at Restaurant Parma who would phone the owners for us but they were quite unhelpful. Maybe the owners could provide a pinpoint on a map rather than directions? "The front desk was extremely rude to me and said that they did not have my reservation, all the rooms are fully booked and told me to find somewhere else to stay.
