"Check in was quick and easy. Room was fine. Quiet and clean. Spacious and near the pool. Pool was very nice. Ben was great with information how to walk to the lagoon fifteen minutes away. Bring bug repellent. It is a jungle out there. Found the lake and had the place all to ourselves. Spectacular. ..."

"The location was great, we enjoyed Bacalar and other activities close by. The host responded quickly when we asked for a different coffee pot. The beds were comfortable the showers were great and my grandkids enjoyed the pool in the evenings.We would have enjoyed more water with 5 people for 5 days ..."
