Great host and home!

The host was very helpful with touring us through their home, showing us where everything was, and being very responsive when we needed anything throughout our stay. The home was very spacious and comfortable, perfect for any type of group. Thank you again!

Schönes Haus, nette Gastgeber

Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr schön. Die beiden Zimmer zum Garten sind ausreichend ruhig, vorne stört etwas die Autobahn. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sprechen neben Spanisch auch Deutsch und Englisch. Mit der Taxi sind es etwas 20-30 Minuten ins Zentrum zu einem Preis von etwa 10 Euro. Zum Flughafen etwa 45 Minuten bei einem Fahrpreis von 25 Euro. Wir können den Aufenthalt dort empfehlen.

A disappointing mistake

Renting this home for an expected 6 months was a disappointing mistake. The home was in need of serious work, some of which was done during our stay, but some - such as removing and replacing peeling paint and mold - could not feasibly be done while we lived there. The location is very noisy, being on one of the busiest highways in Buenos Aires. The swimming pool filtration and heating systems were not functional. The bedding was stained. Some doors did not close or lock. The casita or pool house was unlivable. After making an initial payment through VRBO, we made two additional payments to the owner, covering rent through mid-January, 2018. However, the home's condition and the owner's increasingly hostile responses to our attempts to cut short our stay, led us to flee in late November. VRBO and similar rentals are not, in my opinion, a good choice for longer term stays, since one's payment choices are either to pay all up front or arrange a payment schedule through the owner as we did. As a result, we paid rent for time we could not remain in the house, plus the security deposit we never got back. We have rented numerous homes for shorter periods of 1 - 2 weeks and have had only one other bad experience. We have always received glowing recommendations from owners. We made a serious mistake with this house and are out considerable money therefore.

5 friends and I had a fantastic stay in thi000s house, worth 5 stars at least!

The house is situated in a quiet area of BA near the autopista. The house provides all the luxery you can ask for and everything is as discribed. There's a huge shopping centre and it takes 5 minutes to get there.u The centre of BA is easy to reach by taxi's or you can walk to the nearby trainstation and take the train. The traintickets are insanely cheap (4 pesos). Compared to Dutch standards, the taxi fees are very low as wel. The owner of the house (Carmen) is ready to help you with everthing you want to know or unforseen things on your path. Our stay was so perfect that we only needed to meet her when we left the house. If I ever have the chance to visit BA again, this house would be 1st choice if I would travel with 4 or more persons. Thanx to Carmen for her great hospitality.

relaxing vacation

beautiful house had everything the owners made us feel right at home. 5mins walking to dot shopping centre which had everything you needed 15mins to palermo and downtown in a taxi good spot not to far away from anything taxis came straight away with easytaxi app had really enjoyable stay

Great house, gracious host!

Carmen was welcoming and very helpful with the process of organizing the trip. The house was beautiful and modern. We stayed with 3 couples and had plenty of space. The house is across from the highway, but the back rooms were quiet. Easy to get a taxi about a 7 minute walk from the house at the Dot Shopping Mall. Great place to stay in Buenos Aires...but definitely need taxis to to get to Palermo, San Telmo, etc.

Maravilhosa!

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos e a proprietária nos recebeu muito bem e a todo momento esteve disposta a nos ajudar. Fica muito longe dos pontos turísticos e perdemos muito tempo com transporte (1h de ônibus até o centro), porém é bem próxima de um ótimo shopping, supermercado e confiteria. A hidromassagem não estava em condições de ser usada, mas aproveitamos bastante a piscina. Recomendo com certeza!
