The location of the accommodations are one of its highlights, as you’ll be close to everything thanks to its convenient access—it’s just a few blocks from Belgrano.

There are bus routes available, a taxi stand right outside the door, and the Los Incas subway station across the street.

There’s a Western Union office in the building, as well as coffee shops, a 24/7 convenience store, a 24/7 pharmacy, and supermarkets just a few meters away.

The building is equipped with security cameras, and there’s a police presence 24/7 on that block.
The apartment is very comfortable. In the living room, there’s a 55-inch TV with cable and internet—you can watch YouTube and use many apps. There’s also a desk for those who want to work, travel with their laptop, or simply read the books we share there.

This apartment is designed for families or groups looking for a peaceful space in the heart of the city, where everyone can enjoy their own space or spend time together.

The master bedroom features nightstands, heat/cool air conditioning, and direct access to the patio.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed, a nightstand, and a closet, with a window facing the patio.

The patio is the oasis of the house; after a long day of sightseeing, it offers lounge chairs, a table, and a hammock for relaxing and enjoying the moment. It’s open-air, and you can also sunbathe there.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, coffee maker, no-frost refrigerator with freezer, pots, plates, glasses, and silverware for six people.

The bathroom has a bathtub and is very comfortable.

The laundry area has a spacious, partially covered patio with space to hang laundry to dry and a wash basin with soap.

We provide bedding, extra blankets, bath towels, hand towels, and everything you’ll need for your first few days, such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, and detergent.

We have smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

We’ll welcome you in person and show you around the entire property, which is the only one on the first floor of the building—you just need to climb two small steps, and after that, there are no more steps.

The entire apartment is available for you to enjoy with your family or friends.

There is free street parking. There is private parking 100 meters away, at an external rate.

We’ll be available for you to contact us by phone or through the Airbnb app, but we won’t visit the property during your stay—we’ll only do so if you request it for a specific need or if you contact us with questions, in which case we’ll be happy to assist you.
We’re a 20-minute taxi ride from the local airport or approximately 40 minutes from Ezeiza International Airport.

The most common ways to get here are by taxi, Uber, Cabify, or shuttle van.

To get around the city, you’ll need a SUBE card, which you can purchase at subway stations or certain kiosks. Public transportation is very affordable, especially the subway.
