otima estadia

Estive no hotel Impala pela primeira vez . Ja estive em vários hotéis em buenos aires e em nenhum tive um atendimento tão amável como nesse hotel . Excelentes funcionários . Quarto agradável de bom tamanho mas banheiro um pouco pequeno . A rua LIBERTAD fica a uma quadra da av SANTA FE , entre as ruas ARENALES e JUNCAL .Rua muito tranquila sem trafego de onibus e muito silenciosa a noite . Contratei sem café da manha pois gosto de conhecer os cafés da cidade . Casa de cambio a uma quadra , muito perto da praça Vicente Lopes, uma das mais lindas da cidade com cafés, sorveteria Freddo , doceiras , pizzaria, igreja católica e comercio local .Hotel vizinho da Farmacity e supermercado DIA além de haver tambem um CARREFOUR na rua vicente lopez . Adorei minha estadia . Voltarei assim que possível

Por sobre todas las cosas destaco la atención del personal, el trato de las recepcionistas fue muy amable. La habitación súper cómoda y limpia al igual que las instalaciones en los pasillos y en los espacios comunes del lugar, súper recomendable tanto como para una noche o una estadia. El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación a una cuadra de av santa fe, av 9 de julio, cercania con medios de transporte variedad de lugares para salir a conocer y restaurantes para ir a comer. Lugar ideal para volver.

Simples mas bem localizado

Escolhemos este hotel pela sua localização: perto do centro e da Recoleta. Ficamos num quarto de casal. A ducha e o wifi funcionavam bem. Limpeza todos os dias ok. A equipe é muito atenciosa. O café da manhã não estava incluído na diária e era bem simples. Era bem diferente do que mostravam as fotos no site. Creio que seria interessante se eles disponibilizassem taças e abridor de garrafas para os hóspedes.

En general todo bien. El check-in es un poco tarde creo yo.Es una lastima que no tengan estacionamiento, porque es una zona muy complicada para estacionar. Tampoco te dicen que el desayuno no está incluído. No tenían secador de pelo en el baño. Ubicación muy buena y los funcionarios muy amables.

Exzellente Lage, um Buenos Aires zu Fuß oder Metro/Bus zu erkunden. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück ist einfach aber ausreichend. Das Zimmer war von der Größe her ausreichend (in meinem Fall Doppelbett Einzelbett), TV mit Internet vorhanden, WLAN auf dem Zimmer war gut. Das Bad war sehr beengt, Duschen in der Badewanne aber dafür immer einwandfrei heiß und kalt. Die Klimaanlage hat nur sehr gering gekühlt, weniger als 24° war unmöglich, auch nach Reklamation an der Rezeption. Alles in allem aber ein positiver Eindruck.

Muy cordiales los recepcionistas! Muy buena atención. Lo único regular fue que la cama grande era una unión de 2 chicas y las toallas no estaban en condiciones. Les dejo como sugerencia que revean el desayuno sin tacc. Deben informarse.

Buena ubicación y poco más.

Habitacion pequeña pero suficiente para pasar la noche . Baño muy pequeño y sin adicionales. Lo más insólito fue que la caja fuerte estaba cerrada y cuando llamé al front desk para que la abrieran , me dijeron que la Administración se habia retirado y nadie tenía las llaves para abrirla. Era viernes a la noche y el sábado de mañana cuando pedí lo mismo me dijeron que hasta el lunes era imposible por la misma razón !!! Eso si , me ofrecieron las dos veces las cajas que tenían al costado del front desk . INSÓLITO! He estado en muchísimos hoteles mejores o peores , pero esto nùnca me habia pasado .
