Nonostante con i prezzi cosi bassi non ci si possa aspettare troppo, il soggiorno ha deluso ogni tipo di aspettativa. Rumore, pulizia e condizionatore malfunzionante i principali punti negativi.

lo mejor la ubicación y las camas muy cómodas
Lo peor las habitaciones más básicas, son pésimas con olor a cigarrillo y muy oscuras pedimos que nos cambien y por suerte accedieron si no era para irse

El trato del personal, la predisposición es muy bueno. Es la segunda vez que voy y lo recomiendo por que es muy cómodo, y esta sumamente bien ubicado.

Ótimo custo benefício
Excelente localização, próximo do centro e dos principais meios de locomoção. Quarta sempre bem limpo e aconchegante. Um ponto negativo é o Wi-fi, em alguns andares o sinal fica fraco e impossibilitado de usar. O quarto um pouco escuro, porém não me incomodou em nada.
Um bom custo benefício.

El personal de recepcion no es muy amable.Si cuando llame la gestion telefonica fue excelente y gestionaron la habitacion como pedi.
Las habitaciones normal falta mantenimiento.
El desayuno bien ...muy amable la sra q sirve .

Acolhedor para pessoas não exigentes.
O hotel fica bem localizado, pra quem vai e gosta de tudo perto, fica a uns 3 min do metrô e do Centro comercial. O senhor da recepção é bem sério, porém bastante educado, as senhoras que cuidam do café da manhã e do serviço de quarto são bastante educadas. Uma coisa que me incomodou um pouco são as luzes do hotel, mas nada que vá interferir na minha estadia, pois só chegávamos no hotel para tomar Banho e dormir por assim dizer. O café da manhã não é igual aos hotéis do Brasil que come-se a vontade desde ovos até frutas e café, apenas 2 croissants e 1 torrada com 1 copo com suco de laranja e 1 xícara com algo quente, seja café, chá ou chocolate. Mas no geral o hotel acolhe bem para pessoas que não são exigentes com tudo.

muy buena ubicacion y muy buen precio Lo malo el ruido hecho por la limpieza que comenzaba muy temprano y hablaban muy fuerte las mucamas junto con un motor o extractor en el patio donde daba la ventana que molestaba mucho Por otro lado el colchon era excesivamente blando y el tv era pequeño y antiguo
