Nice House and friendly owner

We stayed in Momjan for our summer holidays. The house is fully equipped. Contact with the owner was very good. If there is a problem it is fixed right away. Nice place to go to the beach or visit Triëst.

A very comfortable, modern and tastefully decorated house with a very friendly and helpful host

We spend two weeks in the house as a family of four and had a really great time! The pool and the phantastic view from the hill were the absolute highlights. The house had everything we needed - from air-conditionning to the washing mashine, all new and functionning.

Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft, vom Check-in bis zum Check-out alles problemlos und super organisiert! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Vermieterin ist jederzeit erreichbar für uns gewesen, war immer super freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Wein- und Olivenanbaugebiet, beim Glas Wein auf der Hollywoodschaukel kann man sogar in der Ferne das Meer sehen! Für Ausflüge nach Umag, Novigrad, Porec, Rovinj und das nah gelegene Buje ist man zwar auf das Auto angewiesen, aber überall in unter einer Stunde Fahrt! Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder zurück nach Kroatien!

Prachtige vakantiewoning in een rustgevende omgeving

We hebben genoten van onze week in villa Josipa! Het huis is heel netjes en voorzien van zowat alles. Als we de eigenaar contacteerden kregen we onmiddellijk antwoord. Dit huis is een absolute aanrader!

Wunderschönes Haus in landschaftlich reizvoller Umgebung

Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht: Grill, gut ausgestattete Küche und vor allem wichtig im Sommer: drei Klimaanlagen! Ambitionierte (oder E-)Fahrradfahrer kommen in der hügeligen Landschaft auf ihre Kosten.

Perfekt!

Ein wunderschönes Haus in ruhiger, herrlicher Lage. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wundervoll ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse hinter dem Haus auf das Tal mit Olivenbäumen. Wir hatten zum zweiten Mal eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa. Vielen Dank!

Wunderbar!

Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum! Es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung des Hauses sind absolut perfekt! Das Restaurant 100 Meter entfernt ist natürlich fußläufig zu erreichen und hat hervorragende Küche und tollen Wein. Alle lokalen Spezialitäten sind hier zu finden (Trüffel, Weine und OlivenÖl) Das Weingut befindet sich direkt nebenan und dort haben wir nach einem WeinTasting Öl und Wein gekauft! Auch die Weingüter im Umland sind zu empfehlen!

Wunderschönes Haus mit kleinen Schwächen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus ist modern, bietet ausreichend Platz und hat eine sensationelle Ausstattung. Der kleine Pool hält die Kids bei Laune. Leider gibt es ein paar Absätze und nicht vollständig versenkte Abdeckungen an denen sich die Kinder immer wieder die Zehen aufgeschlagen haben. Ein Bio-Müll wäre wünschenswert.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Ein tolles neues Haus mit allem, was man braucht. Die Inhaber sehr hilfsbereit, sehr angenehme Kommunikation. Besonderer Highlight, der Ausblick von der Terrasse hinter dem Haus auf den Tal mit Olivenbäumen, abends mit dem Sonnenuntergang. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank!

Erholung zwischen Weinreben und Olivenhainen

Wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus in mitten der Natur mit toller Aussicht auf Olivenhainen, Weinreben und Meer. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Haben uns von Anfang sehr wohl gefühlt

Hochwertiges, sauberes, schönes Haus

Wir haben zu viert zwei erholsame Wochen in diesem sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei und jede Unterstützung wurde gewährt. Der Vermieter war nicht aufdringlich, unterstützte aber jederzeit bei Bedarf. Nach einer Woche wurde die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher unaufgefordert ausgetauscht. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet und vollständig. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fussläufig, ein größerer, gut sortierter Supermarkt ist in ca. 5 min per Auto zu erreichen. Viele gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Gegend ist für Weinliebhaber und Trüffelfreunde sehr geeignet.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderbare ruhige Woche in diesen geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Alles vorhanden was man so benötigt. Das einzige kleine Manko bei unserer Anreise war, dass die Terrasse um den Pool nicht ganz sauber war. Ansonsten war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter problemlos und Herr Muskic reagierte immer schnell auf mögliche Fragen. Vielen Dank nochmal das wir Gast sein konnten.

Ein toller Platz zur Erholung!

Wir haben zu 5. 10 schöne Tage in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet somit den idealen Ort zur Erholung. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und man muss vor allem in der Küche nichts selber mitbringen. Uns hat es rundum gut gefallen.

Familienurlaub mit drei Kindern

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche zusammen verbracht. Die Villa ist perfekt für eine Familie mit Kindern. Es ist super ruhig und man kann bei der richtig Entspannen. Im Dorfladen gibt es morgens frisches Brot und die Gaststätte um die Ecke ist sehr gut.
