“Friendly staff, great experience ”

“Excellent location. This hotel is located in the city center in front of a beautiful square full of greens and flowers, close to all major attractions, restaurants, markets and shops. The rooms and the property are very clean, cozy, bright and sunny. The breakfast offers a large selection of fresh fruits and delicious traditional dishes. And the staff is the best part of it: amazingly friendly, helpful and caring. Thank you so much for the awesome experience and lovely memories!”

“Great location, just 5 mins walk from Bukhara’s historic centre (Labi Hovuz). Clean and comfortable, with helpful staff. Characterful building. I can forgive the instant coffee, because the rest of the breakfast was so good - great choice and quality.”

“Nice and cozy rooms, location were right at the center of the Bukhara old town, most of the attractions were in walking distance, very nice. The room price were very reasonable, for its price, the service provided is exceptional.”

“カラーンミナレットの目の前で立地は最高です！タクシーもホテルの前までアクセス可能。旧市街はタクシーがアクセスできないホテルもあるので気をつけてね。 部屋からもカラーンミナレットを一望でき最高でした。スタッフはとても丁寧です。部屋もとても広い。 残念な点があるとすれば4階が人気のレストランなので人によっては騒がしく感じるかもしれません。”

“Das Garden Plaza Buchara liegt ca. 5–7 Minuten mit dem Auto von der Altstadt entfernt. Unser Comfort-Doppelzimmer war groß, sauber und ruhig und hatte zwei Balkone mit schönem Blick über die Stadt. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, da vieles frisch zubereitet wird. Leider war das Personal an der Rezeption größtenteils unfreundlich und wenig zuvorkommend. Auch den Innenpool konnten wir wegen des schmutzigen Wassers und des unangenehmen Geruchs nicht nutzen. Insgesamt ein……

“I tried to check in and then the staff there explained that cannot give room to me since there is someone very sick stayed at my room and they couldn’t check out. The situation last until 6pm for the day of my check-in. I am not sure if it is just an excuse to sell my booking to another hotel. Besides, please send your guest to hospital if he is so sick ”

“We enjoyed our stay here. Overall clean and nice hotel. Pool was refreshing. Staff were friendly. Food was good. Rooms were comfortable. Only downside is it's slightly far from the old town (we could still walk it in under 20 minutes but it was too hot for that).”
