"Well, the name is right, it is a "grand" and stately hotel. The rooms are enormous. Everything worked well and the staff were helpful. The location is central and very convenient for exploring Sofia on foot."

"Very nice hotel in a great location. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Lots of hot water and great water pressure in the shower. Very convenient for exploring central Sofia, and there's a metro station outside the hotel."
