「We discovered a small water leak from the air‑conditioning unit in our cabin, and the caretaker responded quickly by relocating us to another cabin. The upgrade was much appreciated, and both cabins were clean, comfortable, and well presented. Overall, the situation was handled promptly and professionally, making for a pleasant stay.」
