「The room was very clean. The checkin was difficult. There wasn’t even hand soap in the bathroom and at check out we had to even take out the trash, I’ve never stayed in a motel that required you to strip the beds and take out the trash.」

「Loved that parking was included and convenient. The location was perfect for watching the sunsets and walking to stores and restaurants. The unit had everything we could need but with the food options around, we ate out rather than cook. Found great shops for records and books! Very relaxing!」

「Easy to find. Close to the venue.」

「Great location. Amazing views 」

「Precious and cozy little apartment in a very convenient spot in downtown Wilmington. We were walking distance to everywhere. Host was very helpful and responsive and left snacks and waters to enjoy. The apartment comes with a pass to a nearby garage which was an added plus. There is a bar right downstairs so lots of chatter could be heard but it wasn’t enough to ruin our stay. I would definitely recommend.」

「Excellent location. But having said that, there is some street noise to deal with. But the apartments is very well appointed and it was a great stay overall. Great communication from the property owner and off street parking!」

「My daughter and I were doing a college tour of the Great South. We booked this property from Expedia the day of. We arrived to find that this was not a hotel but a condominium being rented out as a short term rental. So there was no reception desk. The address given was for a retail store and there was very little signage to identify it. After the wonderful interaction with a resident of the building she let us know about the check in protocol. After searching numerous emails and texts we found...

「Property was as listed. Great location.」

「Great location - perfect for our family of 3! Short walking distance to the beach, beautiful sunsets, and overall an enjoyable experience! Hope to stay here again!」

「Great location, close to lots of shops and restaurants. View was incredible. Loved our stay here!」

「Ideal location and beautiful homeVery spacious and clean Highly recommend staying here」

「My over all stay was wonderful, the host was very easy and quick to communicate with. •Room was lovely. Nice bed, dining table, useable kitchen, minimal cooking utensils but I didn’t need them. •Easily accessible w/ key pad and right by the stairs, elevator is on opposite corner but still easy to get to.. I went on holiday weekend and still had room to park and not worry. •Couple minute walk to beach, a straight shot down the road. Small things that definitely do not out way how great of a spot...

「I really enjoyed the location and parking. Bed was a little firm for my taste, but I like cushy mattresses. The only problem I had was trying to find light switches for all the lights! I never did find the one for over the kitchen counter. Also no mattress cover between sheets and mattress. Laundry is in another area of the house, but if you like to climb you can go over the balcony railing to get there easily.」

「The property is very nice and clean. The directions for the parking garage are a little confusing. A little more detail on where it is located would be helpful.」

「Great view! I enjoyed the place, and it was very convenient.」

「All was as advertised. We will stay again.」

「Great location!」

「This property was very clean and just what we were looking for. Wrightsville beach is a close drive, a great area to walk with an open farmers market each Monday with fresh fish, seafood, and other great vendors. Short drive to downtown Wilmington with great restaurants and shops. The host was very easy to communicate with and the condo was very clean and organized. Easy check in with clear directions for departure.」
