Great location, deluxe rooms are big and mod with some views of lovely river, great roof top bar terrace with fine views. Down side are thin but soft enough mattresses typical of Spanish hotels and cloying air “freshener” smells that seem to dominate the lobby and cafes of Silken hotels in Leon and a bit less Burgos. Parking situation is convenient and safe and fairly priced

Very good hotel in the middle of the city. The secure parking is excellent and directly below the reception. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant as thanks to the protesting farmers our 6 hour journey took 12 hours instead of 6! The late hour of arrival made it a bit of a hobsons choice but it turned out that every cloud has a silver lining! The set menu was superb as were the staff. I normally avoid hotel restaurants but if you stay here the set 3 course menu is fabulous and fantastic value for money.

Hotel excelente, boa localização, para uma cidade onde precisa ser feito tudo a pé. Não há metro nem Uber na cidade. Pode se estacionar o veículo mas ruas que e bem seguro e evita-se o valor do estacionamento.

Las instalaciones se ven bastante bien , los defectos : el parking muy estrecho , es un estrés para el pasajero y ese estrés cuesta 16 euros . El aire acondicionado lo apagan durante la noche , hay que abrir la ventana. Al volver del paseo matinal nos habían cerrado la pieza , motivo no había nadie , el check out es a las 12 , a esa hora estaba cerrada .con respecto al aire por lo visto la gente ha reclamado porque tienen un protocolo , abrir la venta , apagar la luz para no atraer mosquitos y cerrar la ventana al par de horas . No había cena a las 09:15 , nos ofrecieron bocadillos en el bar , comimos fuera . No recomiendo el hotel mas que nada por el aire que no funciona por la noche .

Located a short walk from the old city centre, opposite a pretty riverside walk, and with onsite underground parking. The hotel and bedroom have a ‘designer vibe’, however the emphasis seemed to be form over function - too much furniture and large arching lamp in the room took away from the usable space, and elements required for breakfast were tidied away in compartments under the buffet bar, making them difficult to find. However, overall I recommend this hotel.

Great hotel centrally located
We had a great experience in this hotel. Since we arrived, Coral, the receptionist was extremely helpful and able the accommodate are needs since we were traveling with our baby. She was also very helpful showing us in the map the main point of interests.

Buenos días, el comentario es sobre la habitación y baño. Habitacion muy saturada de muebles para los metros que tiene, al estar en la cama tumbado y moverse una de ellas hace ruidos, las luces de lectura mal sujeta. En el baño no tienen champu y el inodoro al sentarse y querer levantarse se mueve por estar mal sujeto al suelo.

Big hotel. Not much European flare, seems like a hotel we could find in the US but it was nice. We had a large room with a nice desk area. Nice size bathroom with tub shower. Big window that looked out to the river and the pedestrian bridge. Great location, easy walk to main Plaza and restaurants. Staff marked on map the best streets for restaurants and Pintxos. It was quiet while we stayed.
