"Check-in was delayed by 2 hours with no warning. The whole house smelled like cigarette smoke when it was advertised that it was a non smoking house. It could be that the other guests were smoking inside because the patio that was supposed to available was full of trash. The 1st morning there was no toilet paper on the roll and no spare rolls in the bathroom. Not a good way to start the stay. I was given a bath towel and a bath mat but no hand towel or wash cloth. "everything was great except the parking situations. they have a very big parking lot but at the same time the hotel also busy, so once you can't get a parking that close to your room building you have to parked at the reserved parking (which the receptionist will give you ticket so it can be free) but you have to walk a bit far.
