"I had a great stay. We went up with 3 families, each with two kids and everyone had a blast. The house has a spectacular kitchen with an open concept that accommodated all of us comfortably. Location was great, quick drive from Toronto and then you’re immediately on a lake. Kids loved heading on the lake with kayaks, the gas fireplace, and just lounging in the pool. The town was also very close to pick up any last minute supplies and to just walk around with nice little shops and restaurants....

"I had an amazing stay at Sharmila’s lakehouse. She had everything we needed to ensure a fun and safe stay. The house was super clean and Sharmila was always readily available to answer any questions whenever we needed. I would recommended anyone else to stay here and book with Sharmila. "I found the apartment to be indeed cozy, clean and well furnished with all the amenities I needed. The customer service was excellent. The property was quite, peaceful and the perfect get away from it all."

"Really loved the property, experience, and over all accommodations offered by the amazing owners. The AC was really nice in the heat, electricity and running water made our stay very comfortable. Having the option of TV was also nice once it was later. Perfect out door eating space, BBQ was handy and The wonderful tour of the animal sanctuary to end our stay was great and educational. I would definitely recommend, the owners made it a really great experience."

"From check-in the experience was not great. Communication was poor. The lockbox code wasn't provided on the Vrbo site and property owner didn't respond to messages. I fear had we not found the owner's contact info on Google we would not have had a place to sleep for the night. It was certainly a little embarrassing as the person who booked to have our group of 7 sitting in the driveway trying to figure out how to get in when the code should have been provided prior to arriving. " The unkept and neglected exterior led to a grubby interior. One of the plastic deck chairs was broken and unusable. Floors were dirty and left our socks grey; there was pink mould in the tub & shower stalls, black mould on the water level of one toilet and no one had cleaned the ceiling ventilation fans or behind the toilets in either bathroom.
