「酒店就在Metrotown站附近，步行約5分鐘可乘搭skytrain，附近商場臨立，對面馬路就是麗晶商場，交通、飲食、購物都非常方便。 酒店每天供應豐富自助早餐，水果也有2-3種，很好吃。 我們訂了一廳一房套房，露台可以外望温哥華遠境，很賞心悦目，可惜睡房沒有門，只是一個分隔區域，嬰兒沒有寧靜環境，弄到每晚都哭，後來酒店從善如流，給我們換了可以關上門的房，解決了問題，感謝！」

「First, the positives: great location, very clean, nicely appointed, and a generally friendly staff. Items needing improvement: room thermostat didn't function well. The room was always cold, no matter what it was set to. The bathroom fan didn't work at all. Even though staff came by quickly to "fix" it, the water pressure in the shower was very low, making hard to rinse your hair. The staff was overwhelmed and under-prepared for weekend breakfasts. The TV was buffering often, making it difficult...

「The room was decent but it needs soundproof upgrade as you can see the gaps in the door, so sound leak is frequent. 」

「The stay was great! Clean room and has all you could need for a quick stay. I would like to suggest a few things to make it an even better stay! A bath math for the bathtub would be great to prevent any slipping incidents and an exhaust fan for ventilation on the washroom would be nice as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you!」

「This hotel is unique, sort of a hidden gem tucked away. You would not think there was a hotel there. Once in the property, everything is out of place but in place. Very nostalgic. Once in the room it felt like home. It had a homely feeling to it. The room felt like my own. Great spot」
