「Clean, good parking, good location」

「Everything was great! One of our favorite family trips and best experiences with renting a house! Communication was top notch!」

「Great lake house with everything you need. It’s on a narrower part of the river so it can be noisy but the house is worth it. Loved the outside deck and lawn area.」

「Property was amazing plenty of space especially for our large group. Being able to be right on the water was very helpful. Any questions we had were answered very quickly!」

「This was our 3rd time to rent this scenic property. The interior and pool area was immaculate. Prop mgt was very responsive with quick effective remedy of our only property issue. Will very likely stay here again.」

「Delightful place with extra amenities!!! Beautiful swimming pool and our family loved the lazy river!!! Having 5 private bedrooms and baths was so convenient!! Beautiful property!!!」

「Great spot to unwind and relax, just as described. Would definitely stay again.」

「Me and 4 friends stayed and it was quite close quarters but we loved it! Only downside was that the bathroom is open on the ceiling, but everything else was great! Beautiful outdoor area, and beautifully decorated interior. The hosts are really easy to communicate and the entire property is huge and right against the water. Will definitely be back!」

「My stay was so quiet and relaxing. I enjoyed the decor and especially the bathtub. Will definitely recommend to family and friends. I will return next trip in this area.」

「People were nice, cabin was as advertised. I think the property was greatly affected by the recent flood. The property and area ended up being below expectation.」

「Super cool place. Rustic cabin in the Hill Country. Great place to bivouac and have a simple base camp if you are in the area.」

「This property was a delightful, quiet haven that felt entirely safe and peaceful. Outdoors, a private patio set offered a sweet spot to sit back and relax. Inside, the charm continued with a beautifully cozy setup a comfortable bed, plush pillows, and an abundance of fresh linens. Thoughtful details, like complimentary soap ready in the shower, added a lovely personal touch. Plus, the location couldn't be better, with great dining options and a Dutch Bros coffee just steps away. You truly can't...

「Had a bit of issue with the ac and stove upon arrival but the hosts were immediately available to resolve the problems. Outside showers were perfect and soaking pools were very relaxing. Cows, Chickens, Deer, a Fox! Overall a great stay for our Honeymoon.」

「Location was great!」

「The home was perfect for our stay and Nick is a fantastic host. 」

I know it said there was no potable water, but it was still a bad experience using what was likely lake water for everything. I honestly would have given a 5 star review in spite of all that, but my daughter slept in the bed on the left upstairs and she was awakened to ants all over her. She has about 20 ant...
