I was very happy with our stay here. The owner communicated well and the house was so nice! Perfect location if you are visiting MacArthur Burney Falls. I definitely recommend this to people traveling with kids.

The house was very comfortable with all the kitchen appliances you could ever want! Coffee bar, Paper towels, toilet paper was provided but bring your own tin foil, seran wrap and zip lock baggies. The house is reasonably priced for a group of 5 people! Overall it was a great experience!

The house appears to have been just remodeled. It was nice setting.Memory foam mattress’s that were very comfortable. The kitchen was modern and well equipped. Overall it was a great experience.

This property was one of the best VRBOs I have stayed in. The pictures and the property match. The communication with the owner was great. Some property owners give several tasks to perform at check-out. This owner just wanted the garbage taken out. Even the neighbors across the street were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend giving this property a try. I know I will stay here again.

VRBO listing can not do this home justice. Online pictures of the house look beautiful but in person, it’s absolutely perfect! Gorgeous remodel. Super clean, stocked with everything you need. Incredible host gave us great recommendations on coffee shop and restaurants nearby. Definitely 10/10 recommend! We will be staying here again.Remember day use reservations required to visit Burney Falls state park for Summer 2026!!

Great parking. Couch comfortable and beds. Loved the kitchen table. Patio nice, yard needs a mow. Close to restaurants and Burney Falls. Very nice place.
