「Snow and ice was not cleared from the driveway/walkways creating a safety hazard. They require you to keep the thermostat at 70 rather than being able to adjust it to your comfort level. The kid room has lamp fixtures at the head of the bed. They are placed in a manner that the kids would’ve easily hit their head on them if the rolled over towards the wall in the middle of the night.」
