Filthy, Discusting, Smelly, Horrible experience.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Absolute Filth, discusting conditions, holes in walls, no Door to garage area,only has fly screen.Blood, Grease, Oil Stains on carpet throughout house, Cabinetry all ruined by house having been flooded at some stage, everything absolutely stinks of Dog, dog hair everywhere, Mattress stained by what looks like BLOOD at head area, mouse faeces everywhere, vacuum cleaner unusable, (used our own Dyson), very sad experience to endure .Have 15 minutes of Video footage plus photos to back up my reveiw.

Relaxing stay with the family

The house was very comfortable for a family to stay, including our 4 legged friends. The town is nice and quiet with the beach only one block over, so good to take the dogs for a walk, particularly at low tide when you can walk out a long way.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fair. Very hot to sleep. A lot of broken things eg toilet door cook top. Oven. Chair out front of building. This place needs a lot of work done to it. Before I ever rent it again.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were disappointed as we have stayed at Burrum heads many times. The house was a great location but unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. The windows and screens were extremely dirty, the barbecue didn’t work (only 1 burner out of 4 worked), the oven door didn’t close properly, lights didn’t work, fridge in garage wouldn’t close. We chose this house hoping to use the barbecue/outdoor area for most of our cooking but had to cook inside.
