A beautifully presented contemporary first floor apartment sleeping six adults in a Grade II listed Georgian townhouse. Perfectly positioned within The Medieval Grid of Bury St Edmunds overlooking St Mary's Church, Honey Hill and The Norman Tower. The ideal location for an urban getaway to explore this wonderfully historical and vibrant market town.

This bright first floor flat has spectacular views looking out towards St Mary's, St Edmundsbury Cathedral and The Abbey Gardens beyond. The entrance hall opens into a large comfortable sitting room which benefits from a big sash window, exposed beams and original feature fireplace. The luxurious master bedroom similarly benefits from these amazing views. Renovated to a high standard, the shower room has an extra-large walk-in shower and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. There is second king-size bedroom of the first floor and up a small flight of stairs a further large double bedroom on the second level.

Bury St Edmunds is often referred to as ‘The Jewel in Suffolks' Crown' with its historic market square and Cathedral. 36 Crown Street is centrally located within enabling you to explore and meander along the streets with their boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and immerse yourself within the history of this remarkable town and its Abbey Gardens at your leisure.

There is no parking at the property but there is long stay paid parking available within walking distance. Honey Hill (opposite the flat) has free parking from 6pm – 9am and also free one hour parking from 9am – 6pm Mon-Sat.
