"Great spot loved having laundry. Check in was easy however everything is done through email/ Expedia app there is no onsite help. You need to be able to read or translate the email for access codes. It was not difficult just be mindful of that. Storage room for luggage was helpful but crowded so we played a little Tetris and made it work. For some reason on check out we were not able to get in the luggage storage even though the code was the same and our check out email said we had access. We didn’t bother reaching out we just went to train station early. Loved our time in Busan and the room was so great we booked another Urban stay in Seoul"
