작지만 큰 결점

오피스텔을 빌려 호텔로 사용하는 시스템이라 객실 내 전자레인지와 세탁기까지 있는 점 등은 좋았는데, 보일러실에 누수가 있었는지 밤새 물방울 떨어지는 소리에 잠을 편하게 못 잤어요.

깨끗하고 저렴한 숙박시설 조망만 포기하면 훌륭함

시설은 전체적으로 아주 깨끗하고 좋았습니다 아쉬운점이 있다면 창가 조망이 그냥 건물이 바로옆에 있어서 조망은 없다고 생각하시고 커텐을 치고 숙박하셔야함

주방물품, 세탁세제 없음.

주방기기랑 세탁기는 있는데, 그릇, 포크 등은 유료대여해야하고, 세탁세제는 없었음. 후라이팬 한개나 그릇 몇개 정도도 없던 곳은 처음임 전반적으로 청결하고, 수납공간은 많음.

스탠다드 트윈룸

스탠다드 트윈룸에서 2박을 예약하고 갔는데 프론트를 찾기 어려웠고 체크인 후 들어간 방은 청소 마무리가 되지않아 불쾌했음. 오션뷰의 방으로 변경해줬으나 청소상태가 좋은 것 같지는 않음.엘레베이터가 2개였으나 한개위주로 움직이는 것처럼 2개를 눌러도 한대는 천천히 움직여 기다리는데 짜증났음. 가격이 저렴해서 큰기대는 안했지만 청소는 깔끔하게 해야 할듯. 재방문은 안할 듯.

취사도구가 부족해서 조금 불편했네요... 특히 주차장 안내가 미흡하고, 표지판 등 안내가 더 필요한것 같네요 그외 청결이나 나머진 괜찮았어요

저렴한 가격, 바다와의 접근성 좋음, 딱 가격만큼의 컨디션

생각보다 더 넓고 바다와의 접근성도 좋았습니다 다만 직원분들이 불친절하시고 융통성도 없으신거 같네요. 로비에서 30분 기다렸다 첫 체크인이 했는데 9층에 벽뷰더라구요 바로 옆 호텔 통로랑 바로 붙어있어서 커텐을 열수가 없었어요.. 바닥은 다시 다 닦았구요. 그래도 저렴한 가격에 하룻밤 잘 지냈습니다

가격도 착하고 해운대 바로 뒤편이라 위치도 너무 좋았어요. 방과 거실 분리된 객실을 선택했는데 방 침대가 킹사이즈여서 너무 좋았어요. 성수기에 정말 만족스런 숙박였습니다. 엘리베이터가 B7~ 20층까지 있어서 이용객 많을때는 기다리는 시간이 좀 걸려요~

모기가 너무 많았고 뷰가 "벽뷰"입니다. 거실 창문 바로앞에 그야말로 벽만보입니다... 모기가 너무많아 애들이 잠을 못잘정도였습니다. 괴로웠습니다. 다시는 이용 생각이 없네요.
