The only complaint is there isn’t much parking, there was broken glass behind our car in the morning that we moved so it didnt flatten the tire, and front desk didn’t have change for the laundry so we went to a laundry mat. She went out of her way to ask about our car situation (I had called earlier to say we may not make the booking) Also the person I spoke to on the phone (apologies I can't quite remember their name - Michel?) was very accommodating and kind to talk with. We have loved all of our stays at Distinction :)"
