Located only 1 and a half hours from New York City, come get away for a weekend or stay an entire week!

** We currently have a firm minimum age of 25 and older to rent our home. **

THE brightest, CLEANEST house in the Poconos. Hidden in Saw Creek Estates you will have access to all the available amenities: Tennis & volleyball courts, walking trails, lake swimming, access to 4 outdoor and 2 indoor pools, fitness center, basketball, baseball and your very own ski slope right inside the community. Amenity passes are $10 per person per day / $50 per 7 day week. You'll also have your very own restaurant 'Top of the World' down the road. Bushkill falls, Shawnee ski and snow tubing and golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive with Camelback ski/water park resort only 35 minutes away. The house is perfectly sized for families and groups large or small. The main floor is an open floor plan throughout with a lofted two bedrooms and full size convertible for extra sleeping. Windows surround the livingroom to bring the nature views to the comfort of the fireside, enjoy the fireplace with friends and family while watching the snow fall around you.

The indoor/outdoor, cedar and tiled all season room gives you access to an indoor hot tub year round. Enjoy a meal then have a drink and a soak inside the in floor jacuzzi / hot tub.

The large wrap around kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, toaster, coffee maker and everything needed for making and baking home cooked meals. The kitchen joins the main livingroom/dining room area so there's no disconnect from the cook and the family.

Two brand new 65" LED tv's are fitted with HD cable and streaming movie services as well as DVD/Blu Ray players for the large movie collection on hand. Wifi throughout makes sure you're away from home but not out of touch.

Huge out door decks off the private back of the house allow your entire group to enjoy meals outside during the warmer weather

Our host Vincenzo was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. The indoor hot tub was definitely a highlight. The upstairs rooms were very comfortable and the heat worked great! The kitchen is beautiful with lots of workspace for a large group.

The place was very clean and absolutely fantastic for a weekend getaway. Exactly what we needed for a family trip of 6 adults and 1 infant. The bedroom downstairs had a foldaway baby pen which was PERFECT for my 9-month old nephew. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with everything we would need for the weekend. The indoor hot tub is a great feature. Great communication with the hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house inside gated community

Really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well stocked. The hot tub inside the house was a great feature. Only negative was I tried to reach out to Vincenzo during our stay and never received a response. Leading up to our stay he was very communicative though, so I’m assuming this was just a small oversight

Traveled with my adult sons and their children. Home was clean and spacious affording us privacy but also a lot of great together time. The variety and convenience of pools was perfect. Perfect getaway!

The house was very spacious, comfortable and we loved the big windows. The kitchen was also fully stocked and we enjoyed the open floor plan. Vincenzo was easy to reach and very helpful. Swimming pools were close by and hot tub was a treat. We appreciated the baby gates to keep our 1 yo and 2.5 yo on the first floor, although the banisters both inside and on the deck were too wide and not kid proof. The bathroom on the lower level could use some TLC. Otherwise, a great stay!!

Long weekend

House was in a great location- beautiful babbling brook off the back deck. Indoor hot tub was perfect. Perfect for a group of friends w small kids. Had a blast! Easy to communicate with the 2 owners- texting was quick and efficient with any of our questions regarding the property. Rooms were big enough for our families and 3 bathrooms a plus with the kids! Best house and host on VRBO

Everything about this house is top notch. The house is immaculately cleaned and the hot tub sparkles. The cookware is very good and kitchen layout is perfect. Build a roaring fire in the fireplace. Enjoy a cigar and bourbon on one of the decks and enjoy the sound of the creek. We’ve stayed in this house several times and love it. On our last stay we had no heat or hot water because the propane ran out. Vincenzo and Brian responded immediately and had a service tech out at 10:00 on a Friday night. The hosts stayed in contact with us and called us and texted with us through it all. When the propane couldn’t get filled they offered for us to stay at one of their other properties or go over to use the shower if we needed to. The host response to our situation was beyond stellar and we highly recommend this house.

Excellent home but community amenities are underwhelming.

This house was beautiful and a great place to stay. However, if you are looking for community amenities, Saw Creek Estates is old, basic, underwhelming and not worth the cost of the day passes. The facilities are old and the employees who work there are condescending. Additionally, the Top of the World restaurant food and service were mediocre to poor. This house is great if you have a large party and want a comfortable, clean place to relax with two great kitchens and an amazing fireplace and TV. Additionally, the indoor hot tub is wonderful. I would recommend if your party is mostly homebodies and you want to have a fun time at home. The house is massive and the beds and couches are comfortable. The kitchen works excellently and there is plenty of kitchenware to make a feast. We had a great time at the house.

Great weekend away with a group of friends!

The house was perfect for our group of 5. It was very clean and the perfect size for us with very comfortable beds!! We loved spending the evenings in the jacuzzi and hanging out in the comfortable living room. Spent the afternoon in Stroudsburg where we got a great brunch and did a little shopping. We had a great time. Vincenzo, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy house in a beautiful neighborhood

This house was so beautiful and clean. We loved the open floor plan of the main level with so much natural light. Perfect amount of space for everyone to spread out but still spend time together. Getting in touch with the property owner was super easy and he answered almost immediately. Also the check in/ check out process was super easy as well! Totally recommend this house for your future vacation!
