- 2nd floor; cozy seating around a built-in electric fireplace & large .Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, kitchen island with seating, dining table, 1/2 bathroom, and master suite with a private full bathroom. Master suite bathroom features his & sink, toilet, and wet room! Within the wet room is a deep soaking tub and free standing shower.
- 3rd floor; two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a glass shower.
- Partial second floor wrap-around deck with gas BBQ grill and seating.
- Easy off-street gravel driveway with parking for 4 vehicles.

Amenities that cover the desires of all ages! Our home will come with 6 amenity passes. Children 5 and under do not need passes, additional amenity passes if needed.

*The home is located in a relaxing and peaceful community that has quiet hours from 10 PM-8AM. You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space as you like, but please keep music or noise to a minimum as we want to be respectful to our neighbors.
*Saw Creek has a strict no fireworks policy.
