Great property, excellent location

We enjoyed the stay very much. Olga made sure that we had all the information needed for us to enjoy the amenities. The house was well maintained and had everything we needed. Overall, a great experience, highly recommended!

"BaseCamp w/ a short drive to Adventure"

We spent the weekend at this clean and well stocked property. The house was setup well throughout with everything you would need too cook and relax. First off, the house is place nicely in the development at the top of the hill. It's got a nice property with neighbors in sight but not too close. We didn't have any fresh snow but I bet it would be fun to snowshoe around and explore.We went in the winter skiing so it was nice to have a cozy place to come home too. If you are a skier or boarder, Shawnee is like 20 minutes away. There are a number of nice restaurants within 15 minutes if you really need to go out to eat. The private mountain is like a 2 minute drive away. It's a nice mountain with a nostalgic chalet lodge with nice local employees. The Ski Patrol team does a nice job interacting with all who come to ski and board. This local gem is a nice place to just take the family for some catch up time while avoiding the congested lift lines. We took 4 kids aged 9-11 and they had a blast skiing all day. Horseback riding is a nice break right up the hill from the ski lodge also if you need a breather. House-Each room has it's own thermostat so you could regulate the temperature for all parties. It's got 2 decks with chairs and space so I imagine relaxing during the other seasons is enjoyable. WiFi on site worked great and allowed us to check ski conditions at all the local mountains(5 within 45-55 minutes). Washer/Dryer setup is a nice add. In the summer we hope to revisit for a kayaking/hiking trip as the Delaware Water Gap, Forrest, and Bushkill Falls areas are in close proximity. Thanks to the owners as they made this an easy pick to return too in the future. 2/16

Perfect!

We booked this just one day before we wanted to get away and it was on Martin Luther King weekend. The house was perfect, and most importantly clean. Olga was so nice & very accessible. The area is great because it included amenities, such as horseback riding & skiing. Sadly for us their was no skiing or sledding due to the weather. So we ended up having to go someplace else and pay. We were able to use to the stables so that was great we had our child and it was perfect. We roasted marshmallows in the pit & enjoyed ourselves. Thanks so much Olga! See your home again real soon!

Winter wonder land

The house was very clean and cozy. The gas fireplace was perfect after a long day of skiing at the community slopes. Olga was very helpful and easy to talk to. Everyone in the community was friendly. Will definitely recommend to friends.
