“Booking was not completed as we cancelled it when before completion. No confirmation emsil was sent however we got charged in full we contacted the office they said contact Expefia for a refund we did this and Expedia told us to contact Eden Bay we did again they had to check with manager and would call us back still waiting 5 days. Do not stay there they are unprofessional.”

“WiFi 應該是個痛點, iPhone 和 iPad 基本上都連不上, 不知道是不是要特別設定, 其他能連上的手機會說因為設備滿載, 無法連線, 但附近手機的網路也不是太好, 等於幾乎沒有網路的狀態. 房間很大, 很乾淨, 除了最後一晚沒有換到浴巾或 WiFi 之外, 整體都很滿意.”

“We received a PIN number on the lock box wen entering to gain access to the apartment, was the wrong passcode waited hours and hours before gaining access, owner was not answering phone, after finally gaining access to property the entire apartment was filthy, no milk supplied, cobwebs everywhere, terrible condition, terrible state with a baby in toe, no communication from the owners, would highly recommend you stay away from this place. ”
