「A lovely clean, modern room with a great shower and fantastic view of the aircraft taking off from Alicante airport (if you hadn’t already guessed I’m a plane spotter 😁). The reception staff were very helpful, they welcomed me with a smile and were happy to chat which was nice. I’d highly recommend staying here if you need somewhere close to the airport or if like me you’re looking for somewhere to base yourself for 24 hrs to get some much needed Sun! ☀️ I used Uber to get around and found...

「旅行了很多国家，第一次碰到如此恶劣的酒店。入住时，由于我们事前没有填写带小朋友的信息，拒绝我们入住，我们表示愿意支付加床房费、或更换成其他房型都可以，前台态度特别恶劣，还指责我们是我们的错，跟酒店无关，后来我们一直据理力争，至少我们可以入住两人，然后再去其他酒店另外订个房间，前台这才停止无理取闹，然后改口说有个客人刚刚退了个三人间，可以帮我们调，但需要增加27欧，我们也不想再折腾，也就同意了，但整个心情完全被破坏了。更奇葩的是，我们希望借个开酒器开酒，居然要7欧元，我们反复解释是借不是买，前台说只要是开自己的酒就是这个价，去酒店酒吧买酒就OK了。我们最后去了酒店对门的超市，一个开瓶器也就3.5欧，一瓶酒也是4-5欧，这个酒店只认钱，没有一点服务精神。太奇葩了。走了十多个国家了，这是唯一的一个，没有之一。」

「10/10 best place to stay, 15 minutes away from the city of campello and only costs about 15 euros for an uber there. The hotel owners John and his wife are very sweet and accommodating. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a tranquil experience.」

「The room was clean but a little tired, needs some updating. Also a kettle for tea making facilities would be nice. Staff very nice and accommodating and food in restaurant was superb. 」
