Awful hotel! It smelled terrible. The beds were totally worn out…could feel all of the springs. The window was not secure so we felt unsafe. There was a very loud dog barking at us from the next room. The walls were thin as paper-wet could clearly hear the adjacent family’s conversation.

After check-in went to room TV remote did not work. Went down talk to them at the front desk. I was informed if we could not get it working I would have to contact Expedia to get moved to a different room. I explained to her I didn’t want to change rooms, but if the TV didn’t work, it was her responsibility to move me and she said it was not she could not because I booked it through a third-party. She contacted the manager and they said they would be there in about five minutes never showed. After about five minutes, she found another remote came up and tried it and it worked.

Took off my shoes and walked around the room and my socks were full of pet hair. My wife went to the front desk and got a broom and dust pan. She swept up a pile of dirt & hair. Toilet wasn't cleaned around the back side. Smelled like pee. Probably the worst room we've ever stayed in.

Easy access to the freeway and close to restaurants. Liked the tables in the entry so you had somewhere to eat if you got food to go. Friendly check in. Air conditioner was amazing! Only negative was a tiny bathroom, but loved that the vanity was separate.

The property only has one luggage cart. It was being used and someone left it in their room so none available. Clerk didnt seem to care. Wifi kept cutting out. The floor of the room was very dirty. Our feet got black within a couple minutes. older building needing some renos. Positives - the breakfast was better than average and the breakfast server was great. The checkout person who was filling in for someone else was great too.

We have stayed at this location on more than one occasion. We like that the kitchen area has snack's, coffee and various beverages available around the clock. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds around the hotel look like they have been working on. Our room was in good shape when we checked in. Our only complaint during our stay this time were some guest who were up early and having a loud conversation in the hallway outside our room. There was also another guest in the next room who left their tv on all night which made it difficult to sleep. In hind sight I probably should have called the front desk to take care of the situation. Overall though, I would probably stay at this location in the future.
