The house has 4 air-conditioned suites that accommodate up to 12 people:

1st Superior suite: Double beds, air conditioning, clothes rack, smart TV and bathroom (2 people);

2nd superior suite: 2 single bunk beds, air conditioning, wardrobe, study/work table, smart TV and bathroom (4 people);

3rd Superior suite: Double bed, air conditioning, clothes rack, smart TV and bathroom (2 people);

4th Superior suite: Double bed, air conditioning, closet, study/work table, smart TV and bathroom (2 people);

*2nd suite the upper part of the bunk beds cannot be used by adults only children, if adults need to use the upper bunk beds please remove the mattresses from the bed and place them on the floor.

*In case of reservations for more than 10 people, we offer an extra single mattress to accommodate the guest's desired room, respecting the accommodation limit of up to 12 people;

*The condominium has a swimming pool with a small beach for children that opens until 8pm!

*If the guest wishes, we are available to recommend excellent housekeepers who prepare breakfast, lunch and organize the house as necessary. We can also recommend barbecue chefs if you need these extra services during your stay.

Our check in/out is simple, seeking agility for our guests, we have a 24-hour concierge and we authorize the delivery of keys upon identification of the group and all the necessary information;
