Férias em família!

A casa é bem localizada, em um condomínio acolhedor, seguro e tranquilo. Parece uma pequena vila! Fica localizada muito próximo à praia e com excelente comércio ao redor, facilitando para quem quer passear e fazer tudo a pé. O proprietário JUNIOR nos recebeu muito bem, sendo muito prestativo e nos deu todas as orientações e atenção necessária. Ficamos bem acomodados em 4 pessoas, sendo 2 crianças. Minha família curtiu muito a estadia e as férias!

Tranquila.

Nossa estadia no condomínio foi ótima. Passamos 9 dias do carnaval em Búzios. O condomínio é muito tranquilo. O dono teve uma atenção maravilhosa desde o começo. A rua é tranquila para deixar carro. O caseiro deixa tudo impecável na parte de fora das casas e é bem atencioso. Deixamos a casa aberta todos os dias e não tivemos nenhum problema. Pretendemos voltar !!!

Ótima casa

Passei uma ótima semana em Búzios nesta casa. Foi tudo tranquilo, desde a negociação com o Júnior, até a partida. A casa é exatamente como descrita nas fotos, sendo um ótimo custo benefício se compararmos com outras na região. O proprietário é um rapaz honesto e atencioso, ficou me mandando mensagens perguntando se estava tudo bem, sempre preocupado com o nosso bem estar. Espero voltar a esta residência em uma próxima temporada de férias!

Amei passar a virada do ano com minha familia na casa do Junior ! Desde o primeiro contato o proprietário foi super atencioso conosco ! Adorei ficar nesta casa, muito aconchegante, silenciosa, prática, estava limpa, contendo tudo que é necessário para se hospedar e perto do comércio e da praia de Geribá. Não precisa de carro para ir a praia e nem ao comércio. Posso dizer que perto o suficiente da badalação e ao mesmo tempo, com o conforto de uma casa fresquinha e silenciosa para o descanso. Combinação perfeita pra quem gosta. Passei uma semana ótima me divertindo e relaxando com minha família. Vale muito a pena esse passeio e hospedagem. Eu indico e assim que puder volto!!!!!!

Casa linda e confortável em um condomínio seguro e tranquilo. Localização perfeita, tudo fica ao lado, tanto a casa como mercado e comércio. Casa limpíssima, que continha todos os utensílios que eu precisava. Não tive com que me preocupar e pude descansar e aproveitar com minha família. Proprietário muito simpático e nos ajudou com dicas. Estadia maravilhosa!

Aluguei a casa para passar o natal com a minha família e foi tudo ótimo. A casa fica em um condomínio super tranquilo e ao mesmo tempo perto de mercado, restaurantes e outros comércios, além de ser pertinho da praia também. O dono do imóvel é super atencioso e solícito. Recomendo e pretendo voltar.

Aluguei a casa por telefone, nunca havia feito isso antes, fiquei com um certo receio, pois fiz deposito antecipado e não havia visto o imóvel pessoalmente, mas a experiencia foi muito válida e superou minhas expectativas. O Dono da casa é uma pessoa muito simpática e correta. A casa nem se fala, muito arejada, limpa, em ótima localidade de Geribá, perto da praia, mercado e padaria, condomínio seguro e silencioso. Casa em gerida , buzios

Bom dia, e estou sempre viajando com meus dois filhos e alugar casa e sempre uma aventura ...As vezes com erros e outras, acertos. E muito bom quando Vc chega e vê que todas as suas expectativas são superadas..essa casa eh gerida, além de aconchegante e perto de tudo, isso, pra mim que não dirijo e sensacional. Já ao chegar desci do ônibus na esquina da rua, caminhando um pouco, cheguei ao condomínio..uma graça m muito bem cuidado,?. A casa, foi uma surpresa sensacional!!!me senti em casa...fui rápido ao mercado ( ótimos, por sinal..um deles eh imenso!)que maravilha..e depois fui a belíssima praia de gerida,foi perfeito, meus filhos aproveitaram bastante e quase não quiseram vir embora ( você corre esse risco) Kkkkkk. O proprietário, muito gentil e hospitaleiro, me fez sentir em casa. Super recomendo essa casa do júnior em buzios.

A casa é bem aconchegante e fica pertinho de tudo, além da segurança de ficar em um condomínio fechado. Passei um feriado maravilhoso e espero voltar mais vezes!
