"The property isn’t advertised correctly. It is a shared bathroom and kitchenette. The shower is handheld in the bath, it was broken when we arrived and water was going everywhere. It was changed when we complained as was the toilet seat which was broken. The property was very clean though. "Location is perfect and the rooms and bathrooms are very good size. The materials used in this hotel are very pleasing, good grade and comfortable. Water pressure and temperature is perfect and the AC works far better than most hotels. There were mutiple noise issies, similar to a piston of compressed air, none external to hotel, and perhaps linked to the AC, or not --all somewhat disruptive to rest, but in the end nothing some ear plugs did not solve-- the positives far outweighed this issue (which could be room dependent or even temporary, but went on good portions of teo evenings). I just wish the evening desk person had an iota of concern about investigating or mitigating a guest concern/report, instead of "who knows, too bad, might be from outside" general attitude and suggesting conveying issue to AM clerk. Minor issue but too dissmissive."

The amenities, including the kitchenette, are practical and modern, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Bistro Lulu is a true highlight! The food is delicious, creatively prepared, and bursting with flavor, with breakfast being an absolute treat – a wide variety and top-notch quality. The staff deserves the highest praise – incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling, they made us feel right at home. Perfect in every way

"Perfect in every way. Check in was quick, easy with excellent service. We were on the second floor and the room was a good size. The bathroom was spotless and a great size. The bed was really comfy, we had great nights sleep. We only had breakfast there once which was very good, but it's on the expensive side for Bydgoszcz. The bar area was relaxing and the roof terrace is amazing with fantastic views. Can't wait to come back. "

"Love this historic hotel. So much that we stayed there 5 times in the last 2 years already. Close to downtown and very friendly staff. The only thing I have issue is the bathroom: Shower head out of control ( I mean really out of control as it was spraying all over the bathroom) and very strong current. No way to adjust. Toilet has a very unusual shape… Water was extremely hot. I like it but I think safety… Internet was slogish … Everything else just excellent. Perfect for people who love historical hotels. Dinner was excellent too. "
