Beautiful House and Property

Great location that is close to Sunset Marina. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice gas grill. We enjoyed both the covered front and back porches. The grandkids loved the pool. It was shaded in the morning and late afternoon which was so nice! The home is very clean and comfortable!

Cozy and inviting atmosphere!

We have loved coming to visit with you guys for several years now. This property has a little bit of something for everyone. The beautiful pool, picturesque atmosphere, and the feeling of being right at home is exactly what you want when you’re spending time with your family. Great location, lots of space both indoors and outdoors, pet-friendly.

My daughter and son stayed here with their kids (my grandkids) and two small dogs. The house was nice in the fact that there was lots of room for everyone to spread out. The pool was a nice touch and the kids especially enjoyed that. The location was great in that it was close to Sunset Marina, the grocery store and some restaurants. The owners were quick to responnd if we had any issues or questions.

Foothills Festival with Family

First, we will be back. The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. The house was perfect for our group. We look forward to renting again so that we can enjoy the pool, unfortunately, it was too cold this time. The house had everything, large serving platers & bowls, room, and seating, we needed to entertain our family that lives in the area. Lots of room for all. Thank you for such a perfect place to stay!

Great Location to Sunset Marina

This property was just the right size for 4 adults and 3 teenagers. We had one good day of weather and spent it on the lake, however, the girls would have loved some pictures by the pool—it looked as if maybe it was in the process of being drained and then just left. It was green and not covered for winter yet. There is a nice fire pit area that we took advantage of several nights. Bring your own chairs! The driveway is a little narrow, but has ample parking. The only other “issue” we had was finding the trash cans outside for pickup. The detached garage has a do not enter sign, but that is where the trash cans were located. Overall, we had an amazing trip with lots of memories made and would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our friend’s DHL trip, which we’ve been doing for over 40 years, despite the weather! The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. Plenty of room for 3 couples, comfortable beds and ample room to work together in the kitchen. Although we didn’t get to use the pool it would have been nice to have if we had nicer weather. The host was quick to respond when we had questions. Overall a great stay!

Great location. Just a short 5 minute drive to Sunset Marina. Dairy Queen was 2 minutes and other restaurants in town were just a short drive. Yard was large for our dog. We loved the view from the back porch overlooking the cattle pasture. Charles was great with communication.
