A friendly, naturally lit, open planed two storey family home nestled amongst nature in the heart of Byron Bay!
Please note that this is a family home being rented while we are travelling, its comfortable, clean and light but is not a boutique accommodation set up.
The space
The downstairs has an open planned kitchen living and dining area which is well lit with floor to ceiling glass doors which open seamlessly to the back yard.
The ceilings are double height in areas giving a spacious and airy feeling. There is a bathroom with shower and bath, a seperate toilet, and bedroom with queen size bed on the bottom floor.
The second story has a lounge and TV area which is open to first floor along with two bedrooms with a king a queen bed respectively. There is a small outdoor balcony off the main bedroom.
Downstairs has a split system AC unit and all of the bedrooms and the upstairs living area have ceiling fans.
Guest access
There is off street parking via a shared driveway, with room for 1 car on the left hand side of a double width driveway.
From the carpark it's just a short distance to the front door via a boardwalk and a few steps through a lush garden.
The entire house front deck, and back and side yards are available to guests. The garage is the only space on the premises that is not accessible.
