「We’ve stayed here several times before. The hotel has been very tastefully remodeled. Breakfast options are not typical but terrific. My only complaints are the hot water takes forever to get warm and once it does it’s way too hot and can’t be turned down no matter how much you turn the hot/cold dial up or down. We have had this problem before in a different room and thought is was an anomaly . Also, although the location is downtown and near some great food spots there are a lot of homeless...

「The hotel facilities are very good, clean and quiet, and the scenery is beautiful, but the lighting in the room is a bit dim!」

「Great service and great hotel」

「We had an amazing stay. Staff was great we will stay at this location again for sure.」

「Great stay. The hotel is perfectly located for most of the places to visit in Great Falls and the setting is fantastic. The staff were super friendly and professional and the property in great condition. The room was excellent, clean, comfortable and a view of the river. Free breakfast was good and 24 coffee and hot drinks a nice surprise.」

「I have stayed at this hotel a number of times and come here for the staff and the mermaid bar. I had one check in person that wasn’t helpful and made it seem as if I was putting her out. I love this place but won’t likely stay again.」

「飯店的早餐還蠻多選擇性的。旁邊有超市跟藥妝店。他家的咖啡還可以入口。」

「Air conditioning didn’t work properly but luckily it wasn’t a hot time of year and the window opened for good air flow」

「There were no towels at all in the room, half roll of toilet paper when try to call the front desk the room phone didn't even work, woke up to nabors pounding on other doors, was not impressed at all..」

「No window lock on ground level room」

「I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate.」
