“Checked in and were offered a small glass of beer or wine. Asked if we wanted to order breakfast for morning which was delivered to our room. Hotel was extremely clean. Staff super nice and friendly. We were given a room without a window. We will request a window room next time. Close enough to walk to various restaurants and drink establishments. They also will deliver cookies and milk to your room upon request.”

“There was black mold/mildew in the shower. The water in the shower was not as hot as we like. Our room did not look like the picture. It was inexpensive. ”

“We always stay here whenever we're near Great Falls because we love the location and the facilities are always nice. It has a great location with ample parking. We love getting a balcony or patio suite. Love the river walk and river.”

“Clean comfortable rooms with friendly staff close to some tasty restaurants and bars. Fair price and good value for my money. When passing through I’d definitely stay again.”

“Room was unbelievably noisy , they had us in the staircase suite , all the vehicle noise and drunks running up and down all night long banging on the window and ac was horrible . The A/C-Heater kept needing to be reset , Towels were stained and dirty , bed sheets were stained , bed was comfy but very small , not a queen . Bathroom /toilet was very gross and mould behind toilet on floor . breakfast was ok , pancakes were good . Certain staff at desk were not great , cleaners were nice . Parking……

“If I could give no stars I would. Let me start this off by saying… if you want to be treated horribly and that you are stupid and don’t deserve to be treated like a human being then absolutely stay here. If you want to keep your sanity and be treated respectfully then go somewhere else. I was gonna stay for three nights… I left after night one, they also refused to refund my stay. I recommend staying at the Wingate by Wyndham Great Falls, close to same price and you will get treated with……

“The bathroom was in terrible condition. I arrived late and left early. Bed was decent though. If you book and pay on line, be sure to say. I was almost double charged for my room. There is no room deposit. Parking is a bit tight. Says there is breakfast included - no. ”
