Estádia foi boa , uma dica pra quem vai de carro não recomendo muito porque quem vai de carro tem mais opções de ir pra várias praias não precisando de um local tão próximo a praia e também as ruas para chegar no prédio tem muito movimento de pessoas e ambulantes dificultando o acesso ao prédio. Agora quem for de ônibus já recomendo devido a proximidade da residência as praias central praia do forte praia das dunas !!.Apartamento limpo bem organizado .dunasdunasrecomendpelo

Localização excelente, a uma quadra da praia

O apartamento tem espaço excelente para uma família pequena (2 quartos, com uma cama de casal, duas de solteiro sendo uma bicama, abarcando bem 5 pessoas), um banheiro social e um lavabo, cozinha bem equipada, super limpo, arejado e com decoração clean, em uma localização excelente, a uma quadra da melhor praia de Cabo Frio (Praia do Forte), de forma que não precisamos pegar carro para nada! Muito perto também do Canal, onde há restaurantes maravilhosos, e da famosa Rua dos Biquínis, sendo muito fácil acesso a Uber! E na esquina do apartamento ainda é possível encontrar food trucks com hambúrguers, crepes, donuts e churros fresquinhos e deliciosos! Também há wi-fi excelente no apartamento, e o espaço do condomínio é bem agradável. O atendimento da proprietária Miriam e da Lidiane, que administra o apartamento para ela, é um show à parte: ambas extremamente gentis e acessíveis, sempre prontas a adotar todas as medidas necessária a tornar a estadia o mais agradável possível. Como pontos passíveis de melhora, citaria apenas o fato de que para uma hospedagem de 10 dias, foram deixadas apenas 1 toalha de banho para cada hóspede (quantidade insuficiente, quanto mais que no apartamento não há máquina de lavar), e também somente 1 pano de chão e não foram deixados materiais de limpeza inclusive detergente, os quais precisaram ser adquiridos por nós, de forma a deixar o apartamento minimamente higienizado ao fim da estadia. Fiquei hospedada no apê da Mirian entre 21 e 26 de setembro. Foram excelentes férias com uma hospedagem sensacional! A Mirian é maravilhosa e atende super bem e sua ajudante Lidiany possui uma energia muito boa, nos recebeu com muito carinho e prestou toda assistência enquanto estivemos por lá. O apartamento é muito aconchegante, limpo, arejado e com uma localização muito boa, principalmente à noite, possibilitando um passeio seguro pelas ruas do bairro até bares próximos! Recomendadíssimo! Boa noite! Eu e minha família adoramos o apartamento, muito confortável, um ótimo espaço, onde parecíamos estar perto independente do cômodo. Haviam toalhas, lençóis, cobertas, travesseiros todos agradáveis.Localização perto da praia e também próximo a lugares movimentados com ambientes pra família. O condomínio é lindo também.
