Boa tarde Não fui feliz em meus dias no apartamento, uns dos requisitos meus seria internet pois mesmo de ferias preciso trabalhar, as crianças que eram 4 também respiram internet e os adultos tbm. Não tinha internet nenhum dia. Perdemos duas manhãs, uma com o técnico que não resolveu o problema e outro que ficou de ir e não foi. Gastei mais de R$200,00 em recarga de celular para todos nós. Outro detalhe não tinha TV a cabo(já sabíamos) mas ficar com criança sem tv e sem internet é impossível. Os controles do portão não funcionaram( 1 dia), ficamos pedindo ao porteiro para abrir e fechar o portão ao sair. Viemos um dia antes pois não dava para permanecer no local sem internet, já que a minha tinha acabado. Outra coisa tem pouquíssimas vasilhas no apartamento. Não atende a 8 pessoas. Quando reclamei com o proprietário o mesmo disse que no contrato fala que ele não se responsabiliza pela falta de fornecimento de gás, agua, internet e energia. Como assim que você aluga um imóvel de férias e pode acontecer isto tudo e o proprietário não se responsabilizar. Enfim, fiquei muito insatisfeita, pois ao invés de descanso sem preocupação tive vários problemas. Um valor perdido que paguei. Obrigada

Excelente Experiência - Ótima escolha

Apartamento limpo e organizado. Fomos muito bem recepcionados pelo Sr. Washington, super atencioso e prestativo. O condomínio possui uma bela piscina e o apartamento fica próximo a praia das Dunas (5 min de carro ou uns 20 min a pé). Padaria, posto de combustível no final da rua , e mercadinhos nas ruas de trás. Eu e minha família fomos no período de carnaval, ou seja constatamos que o local é super tranquilo para quem quer ficar próximo as praias, ter um descanso e tranquilidade. Superou nossas expectativas. Recomendamos.

O apartamento é incrivelmente belo, claro e arejado. Todos os eletrodomésticos funcionam perfeitamente bem. O apartamento é excelente, a estrutura é completa. Estivemos aqui pela segunda vez e voltaremos mais vezes. Minha filha, que cursa Medicina em Macapá (AP), estava de Férias e adorou a estadia.
