Hotel Riu Santa Fe - All Inclusive
The staff were all very nice and the hotel was relaxing and fun! My only suggestion is put a vent to avoid flies and birds going inside the buffet area.

Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos All Inclusive
Got to the resort at 1:45pm. We were already assigned a room but won’t let us check in until 3pm. I understand it’s the policy. But why not just let us check in if the room is already ready.
