「Adorable house very close to UCA campus on a quiet street. Check in is simple by just entering a code on the door lock pad that the owner gives the day of arrival. The backyard is spacious and welcoming. I loved drinking coffee there in the mornings. It has a full kitchen and a ton of lovely windows. We stayed a week with the temps over 100 and even in this historic home the ac kept up. 「The house was very clean and the AC was able to keep up with the incredible heat and humidity we had during our stay. My sister recently relocated to the Conway, AR area and this provided a great place for our large family to stay while in the area visiting her. We mainly used it as a place to sleep and do some laundry. I would love to come back and see the place once the lake is refilled. Bet the views are amazing.」
