Déception à l'arrivée

Tâches d'excréments sur l'alaise, housse du canapé tachée, articulation du canapé cassée. Pas de réponse à notre signalement. Le site lui-même (Cabourg) est parfait.

prestations à revoir

le logement est correct et conforme , par contre le garage annoncé n'était pas disponible et la gestion locative problématique . c'est un vrai parcours du combattant pour les non initiés à la conciergerie dématérialisée : on vous demande tout (carte identité , votre age ,caution avant les clés , raison du voyage ...) mais on ne donne aucun renseignement pratique avant J -3 , on ne répond pas aux questions ( je ne saurai la taille du lit pour les draps qu'une fois sur place donc trop tard ), aucun contact téléphone possible : , le soit disant contact local est injoignable et cerise sur le gâteau le numéro du site hostfly " en cas de besoin" tombe sur un répondeur en anglais ... procédure d'accès au logement plutôt confuse ( il faut ouvrir le portail avec un bip sans vous dire qu'il faut avant aller le chercher dans la boite à clé du logement) et le problème du garage ne sera pas résolu...
