Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 40 m² air-conditioned flat in Cabris with mountain views and shared swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises a 25 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. You can also enjoy the pétanque court set in a fenced garden with trees. Wifi, bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- 25 m² living room with sofa bed (160x200), TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A swimming pool shared with the owners, open from June to September inclusive. It is accessible and private from 9am to 11am and from 2.30pm to 4pm. Maximum depth 2 metres, alarm. Outdoor shower.
- A 20m² terrace with furniture on a reserved part of the 40m² garden to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Cabris, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in an outside parking space (private road). There is also free public parking in the heart of the village (10 minutes' walk). Car strongly recommended.
