「The room was clean even though it needs a little refresh (tiles coming off the wall in the bathroom and the bathtub is a bit dated). Otherwise, the manager was very helpful; he arranged transfers from the hotel to the airport and answered every question or demand nicely. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options and the room was pleasant. 」

「We could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too. I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful. The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable....

「Easily the best hotel I have stayed at in Istanbul. If I could give it 1,000 stars, I would. We actually booked there a second time during the same trip (even though we had other arrangements) because we were so happy during our first stay. Highly highly recommended for anybody exploring Istanbul.」
