Hostnfly corresponded with me a few days before we arrived and asked for information which I supplied on July 17 &19. We had an overnight flight from the US and arrived on July 21 in Paris then took train to Caen. The representative that I was assigned did not contact me until July 18 to let me know that he did not speak English and I don't speak French. I provided the information to him also translated from English to French requesting if he was going to meet us at apartment. He didn't respond again, in French, until the day we arrived, July 21. After a long flight and exhausted, he then gives us the location where we can pickup the keys. It was located an extremely busy location in a market (Coccimarket) and with a code. We rented a car but were totally unprepared to drive to a different location than the apartment which I had already mapped out and was less than 10 minutes from the train station. I had no idea that he was not going to meet us at the apartment. He did come to the apartment as he left croissants on the table. Very disappointed in the communication and especially last minute. The apartment was clean but not well supplied. Only 1 roll partial roll of toilet paper, no kitchen cloths. The used clothes under the sink appeared to be part of the cleaning supplies. The location was great. Appreciate the parking space but was never told that it was very narrow in a space with a garage door in the lower garage and at the very end. Very difficult to maneuver.
