“When you have travelled a fair but in the world, you need to remind yourself that you are here in the province and that mostly locals travel to Batanes and that you pay not much for the accommodation and for this is was a Good 👍 experience. “Decent, clean, and affordable hotel. I've stayed here multiple times since 2012, it seems nicer now, I think they renovated? Breakfast is good, a buffet with a several options. The shuttle is nice too, much better than taking a trike to the airport.”

“Room was clean on arrival, but never serviced in our 7-nights stay. When trash cans overflowed in the room, we bagged trash and put it outside the door, but it was never removed. We discarded it ourselves. We were given additional tissue when we asked. Breakfast was as ordered each morning and staff is kind.”

“The property is very outdated and if this was somewhere else, the property would be condemed. There is mold in the ceiling. Spiders and bugs in every lightbulb. The bathroom reeked of urine and I found out that there was a leak from the toilet going to the bathroom drain when you flush. The stench was unbearable. The sink is out of alignment from the sink and draining into the bottom of the stairwell. The bed linens smelled liked they were not washed. The AC was noisy and made it unbearable to……

“Water pressure in the washroom was so low. Smell was bad in the washroom. In other word sanitation was bad.”

“Staff were very accommodating & very nice too . Clean rooms & super fresh dinner menu . Though the menu is limited, the Chef was flexible & gave us options based on availability. They could expand on beverage selections & keep on hand stock . WiFi was excellent. Pool was very clean . The owners were extremely wonderful. The hotel is a great place to stay & i will return & stay there again . We had breakfast at the roof top & we also watch the stunning sunsets there . Truly a beautiful place……
