Staff were super helpful and friendly. The hotel, has a private (rocky) beach that we enjoyed for an entire day with a super quiet and calm ambiance. There is a library and small museum, and the owner invited me to take the books to read anywhere in the hotel. It was a very nice stay. We enjoyed Calamosca, so much, we plan on returning soon. If you are looking for a quiet, place where they treat you like family, this is a place where you can enjoy incredible views, sunsets, and a hint of mediterranean life in Sardinia.

The view from our room was excellent. We watched the sunset over the water It was so remarkable. The restaurant next door is under different management. But when we told the check-in that we wanted to go there that night., she called for reservations, She found out they were having a private party and would be closed. She actually encouraged us to go for lunch. And that was actually probably even better. Because then you got to see everything from their patio and enjoy thee sound of the water as you ate exquisite food. Everything that night was perfect.

The location is amazing! It is an older hotel, which fits the ambiance of the area. There are few amenities, but that helps to appreciate the beautiful scenery of the area.

Nice room with sea view and air conditioning, big and comfortable bed, no minibar but they have a bar were you can buy drinks/water. Staff friendly and helpful. Acceptable breakfast, very nice terrace to eat outdoor. Haven't tried the restaurant next to the hotel, pricey(+80eur/pers.). The beach nearby is beautiful kind of small, crowed from early hours, no umbrellas for the sun to rent, there is a bar, no toilets, but still is nice to spend some day there. Public transport only during Saturday and Sunday.

/Caroline
